Facts about F1 Race:
- Average cost of F1 car is around $9 Million with alone $6 million worth of engine.
- F1 Engines can last only 24 hrs before blowing up. Why do F1 car engines only last for a couple of hours?

F1 tires (ultrasoft type) can last only for 90 - 100 KM. Average life of Normal tires are around 16000 -1 7000 KM.

- An average F1 racer loses around 3 - 4 kg of weight during each race.
- F1 pit crew usually change the tires in less than 3 seconds. The record stands at 1.92 seconds held by Williams.

- Drivers experience a load of 5G during the braking and cornering.
- Nomex fibre which is used under the helmet can survive 840ÂșC for 11 seconds.

- Small planes can take off at lower speeds than F1 cars travel on the track. [Not an exact image]
